This Policy applies to our website, application, and related services (the “Service”). It does not apply to third-party brokers, exchanges, advertisers, or sites linked from the Service—those parties have their own policies.

• Broker/exchange API credentials you choose to save (stored secured on our systems).
• Support communications and preferences you submit.
• Records of Terms acceptance and similar compliance acknowledgments.

• Usage and device data (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, timestamps).
• Log and diagnostic data for security, fraud prevention, and reliability.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used by us and advertising partners.

2.3 Information from partners

• Advertising partners (including Google) may provide aggregated or pseudonymous advertising signals.
• Market-data and broker APIs return account/trading information you authorize us to retrieve.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• Send transactional messages (e.g., verification codes);
• Personalize content and measure performance;
• Display advertising and measure ad performance;

4. Advertising, cookies & Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense and may use related Google advertising / consent products (such as Funding Choices / Privacy & Messaging). These tools may show a consent or privacy popup when required by law or Google policy.

Google and other ad partners may collect or receive information about your visits to this and other sites (including through cookies and similar technologies) to deliver, personalize, and measure ads.

5. Sale / sharing of personal information & your opt-out

We may sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information (such as online identifiers, device/browser data, approximate location, and advertising interaction data) to advertising partners, analytics providers, and data partners for commercial purposes including cross-context behavioral advertising—unless you opt out.

How to opt out:

• Google AdSense / consent popup: If you are shown a Google-provided consent, privacy, or “Do Not Sell/Share” style message on our site, use those controls to decline or limit sale/share/targeted ads. Your choices in that popup will be honored as an opt-out for the advertising technologies covered by that message, to the extent required by law and supported by the vendor tools.
• Google Ad Settings / browser controls: Adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, use Global Privacy Control (GPC) where legally recognized, and/or block/limit cookies in your browser.
• Email request: You may also email privacy@alphabotixtrading.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out” and sufficient information for us to identify your account or browser session.

We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 years of age.

We do not intentionally sell your broker API secrets or account passwords as a commercial data product. Those credentials are used to operate the Service you request. However, advertising technologies on the site are separate from credential storage and may still process advertising identifiers unless you opt out as described above.

6. Other disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers who assist us (hosting, email delivery, security, analytics), to professional advisors, in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, financing, or sale), to comply with legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information (including encrypted transport where appropriate and hashed passwords). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. International users

We may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection rules.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to appeal a denial of a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights afforded by law.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
